Cold Pressed Sesame Oil

Benefits of Cold Pressed Sesame Oil

Rich Source of Fibre

Sesame oil is an amazing source of fibre. Good amount of fibre intake promotes digestion, prevents certain types of cancers, provides heart health, reduces the risk of obesity and controls type 2 diabetes.


Healthy Bones

Sesame oil contains natural compounds like phytates and oxalates that may slow down the absorption of nutrients in the body, eat them after roasting, soaking or sprouting.


Heals Inflammation

Sesame oil contains sesamin, a rich compound, found both in seeds and oil. Chronic inflammation can lead to obesity, cancer and ups the risk of heart diseases and kidney ailments.


Reduces Cholesterol and Triglycerides

Sesame seeds possess around 15 per cent of saturated fats, 39 per cent of monounsaturated fat and 41 per cent of polyunsaturated fat. Higher amounts of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats along with two plant compounds – lignans and phytosterols widely present in the seeds controls bad cholesterol.

How Do We Extract Our Oil?


Step 1: The Best Quality sesame seeds are handpicked in small batches from                      

                highly ethical farmers and a sample from each batch is sent for testing.


Step 2: The approved batches of sesame seeds are delivered to the manufacturing 

                 unit where they are stored for oil extraction.


Step 3: The sesame seeds are then put in a Kohlu which at max takes   

                about 10 rounds per minute. It takes approximately 1 hour for the entire oil.                  

                extraction process to finish.


Step 4: The oil is then stored in stainless steel containers for a period of one week                  

                for the sedimentation to take place.


Step 5: The oil is then filled in bottles and ready to be delivered at your doorstep.
