To ensure that the best quality seeds are actually selected, we get each batch of our seeds tested for quality, nutrition, oil content etc.
Our oils are made using the same technique that our ancestors used. We simply add the seeds to our wooden kohlus to extract the oil, we don't use any heat or any chemicals in the process.
